Role Description

We’re building a multi-agent AI system and need a Senior AI Engineer who’s actually shipped agentic AI in production – not just prompted a chatbot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect multi-agent systems (planner/executor, supervisor/worker).
• Build with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate agents with tools, APIs, and our .NET/React stack.
• Implement guardrails: validation, human-in-the-loop, error recovery.
• Build evaluation and observability tooling for agent performance.
• Collaborate with .NET and React teams to ship agent features.
• Optimize for latency, token cost, and reliability at scale.
• Document architecture and mentor on agentic design patterns.

Position Requirements:

• 7+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in LLM/agentic apps.
• Hands-on with a multi-agent framework (LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI/Semantic Kernel).
• Strong grasp of function calling, RAG, and vector databases.
• Python proficiency; comfortable with .NET backend integration.
• Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry experience a plus.

Role Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our technical engineering teams. In this role, you will translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for AI-driven applications, database-centric systems, and complex API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Define requirements for AI/ML features (RAG, LLM assistants, automation) and data-heavy workflows.
• Partner with dev and QA teams through Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare data mapping, business rules, and API integration docs.
• Run requirement workshops with business and technical teams.
• Build test scenarios and support UAT and production issue analysis.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Systems Analyst.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with strong documentation skills.
• Skilled in writing user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to Data Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, or automation solutions.
• Exposure to Energy, Utility, Finance, or Billing systems is a plus.
